Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) continues making inflammatory statements promoting violence against the MAGA movement despite claiming she has “never” called for brute force against her political opponents.
Speaking with NBC 5 and Dallas Morning News, Crockett said the key to winning elections in Texas as a Democrat is to “punch.”
“I think that you punch,” she said. “I think you punch. I think you okay with punching. I love Colin [Allred] and I think towards the end he started to punch a little harder. But, like, it’s Ted Cruz! I mean, like this dude needs to be knocked over the head, like hard, right? Like, there is no niceties with him, like at all. Like, you go clean off on him, right?”
Colin Allred was the Democrat candidate who unsuccessfully ran against GOP Texas Senator Ted Cruz in the 2024 election.
The Texas Democrat also said for her own “selfish reason,” she wants “Elon [Musk] to be taken down” for her birthday on March 29th.
Trump administration Attorney General Pam Bondi mentioned Crockett during a Fox News interview Sunday, saying, “Now you have this Congresswoman Crockett who is calling for attacks on Elon Musk on her birthday. ‘Let’s take him out on my birthday,’ she said. Yet she turns and says, oh, ‘I’m not calling for violence.’”
“Well, she is an elected public official. And so she needs to tread very carefully, because nothing will happen to Elon Musk. And we’re going to fight to protect all of — all of the Tesla owners throughout this country. … it’s basic safety once again. Domestic terrorism is going to come to a stop in our country,” she added.
After receiving backlash for the statements, Crockett appeared on a mainstream media outlet to falsely tell viewers, “Just in case the slow people listening decide to clip this up later, I just want to say that I have never promoted violence whatsoever, yet I’ve also never made excuse [sic] for those violent actors such as the ones on January 6th. So, Pam Bondi if you have an issue with terrorism, maybe you should talk to your boss about locking back up those guys that he let out that participated in January 6th.”

Earlier this month, Crockett shared a video showing herself and Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.) labeled as stick figures repeatedly striking a third stick figure laying on the ground labeled, “Republicans.”
Crockett is blatantly inciting violence against conservatives while gaslighting Democrat voters and mainstream media viewers by claiming she’s never promoted physical attacks.
