A man suffered life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in a neighborhood in Iceland that has apparently been transformed by dangerous migrants, according to reports.
The shocking incident unfolded at around 3 p.m. in Ulfarsárdal, a district of the capital city of Reykjavik.
Two males were engaged in a dispute on a residential street when one of the men apparently plunged a large knife into the abdominal region of the other man, RÚV reports.
Footage shot by witnesses has been circulating online and shows the attacker brandishing a large blade while shouting in a language that does not seem to resemble Icelandic.

A boy and a woman in Islamic garb can be seen approaching the knife-wielding man as he continues to yell at his adversaries.
A vehicle then rushes toward the knifeman before the video abruptly ends.
The victim was treated at hospital and one suspect was questioned by police, but additional details remain limited and the Icelandic press hardly mentioned the story.
“It was surprising that the news of the machete attack in Úlfarsárdalur received little media attention yesterday. Short news stories on the web that didn’t say much and quickly fell off the pages,” Iceland’s former prime minister Sigmundur Davíð wrote on social media.
“I think an attack like this would have received more attention in the other Nordic countries (not to mention Sweden).”
A local resident told RÚV violent crime is becoming the ‘new normal’ in the neighborhood and women ‘dare not be alone’ – a dark turn for one of the safest countries in the world.
“There was a shooting here at one time. The kids saw blood stains on their way to school. Then a screaming man with a machete broke down a door and the police were also called,” the resident said.
“You have heard of women who are being followed into the parking garage, they are afraid of these men.”
Icelandic MP Snorri Másson confirmed that residents of Ulfarsárdal are “experiencing a state of intimidation and harassment in their daily lives in the neighborhood.”
“We must look closely at what is happening in our neighboring countries and learn from it. All major political parties there are realizing that this open border policy has had far-reaching consequences for communities and has had a negative impact on social cohesion,” Másson stated.
