The Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDS) has released dramatic aerial footage of recent human smuggling busts in desert regions of the Lone Star State.
“Today, I’m highlighting the vital work of the TxDPS Aircraft Operations Division in West Texas as part of Operation Lone Star. These videos show how our aircraft support plays a key role in border security and in assisting federal partners and troopers on the ground,” spokesman Lt. Chris Olivarez explained.
On May 20, a smuggler transporting four illegal aliens fled into the desert in El Paso County and became stuck in the sand.
All five suspects bailed out on foot and were quickly apprehended by TxDPS troopers and U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) agents.

“This footage shows how rugged and remote West Texas can be—and how smugglers try to use that to their advantage. But this smuggler was no match for our aircrews’ and agents’ teamwork and persistence on the ground,” Lt. Olivarez explained.
Dangerous smuggling pursuits unfold constantly along the U.S.-Mexico border, as InfoWars frequently reports.
