Democrat congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.), Lauren Underwood (Illinois), Katherine Clark (Mass.), Judy Chu (Calif.), Jasmine Crockett (Texas) and Susie Lee (Nev.) all took part in the collaboration with chef, author and social media influencer Sulhee Jessica Woo also joining in on the trend.
