In a massive development surrounding the 17-year-old man who killed his parents last month and schemed to murder President Trump with a customized drone, the FBI has revealed the teen communicated with people in Ukraine to plan the assassination.
The news is crucial because the second would-be assassin, Ryan Routh, also had close ties to Ukraine, including its corrupt government and military.
Meanwhile, the failed assassin who shot Trump in the ear, Thomas Matthew Crooks, communicated with individuals operating on overseas servers which many suspect included Ukraine.
The newly-released FBI affidavit, posted online by The Gateway Pundit, details how Wisconsin’s Nikita Casap messaged back and forth with a Ukrainian cell number and stole $14,000 in cash from his murdered father and step-mother to use the funds for obtaining a drone capable of dropping an explosive on the president.
The outlet concluded Casap was messaging a Ukrainian national named Roman Viktorovych using the Telegram app.
The American teenager asked how long he’d be in hiding before fleeing to Ukraine and whether or not he’d be able to “get a normal job and have a normal life” once he reached the European nation.
The would-be assassin was clearly speaking with someone he considered a higher-up, and also revealed there were “10” others potentially plotting to murder President Trump.

Financial compensation for the dirty deed was discussed in some of the messages as well as details about the explosive device to be attached to the drone.

Another message allegedly advised Casap how to hide the bodies of his murdered parents, instructing him to “drag them into the basement.”

The Wisconsin teenager also had cellular devices containing information about “the Order of Nine Angles” (O9A) Satanic Nazi network.
09A is described as “a militant Satanic left-hand path occultist and terrorist network” formed in the UK with recruits across the world.
Another Wisconsin teen with ties to O9A killed two people and herself at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, in December 2024.
The FBI also reviewed a document believed to be Casap’s manifesto, in which the teenager called for the assassination of President Trump to “save the white race.”
It’s possible the individual speaking with the would-be American assassin was connected to Ukraine’s infamous neo-Nazi Azov Brigade as the teenager espoused similar beliefs to the Satanic group of Banderites.
