Attorneys representing Infowars founder Alex Jones have filed documents in court that will be reviewed by a federal bankruptcy judge on May 9th, detailing how Democrats worked alongside the corrupt Biden Department of Justice with the goal of silencing and ultimately destroying Jones.
“This lawfare, extensively documented in the filing below, constitutes the most vicious case of an open conspiracy to abuse an American citizen’s constitutional rights via abuse of process,” Jones wrote on đ.
The following allegations of manipulation and abuse by the court trustee and plaintiffs are included in the filing:
- Claims the Trustee and Plaintiffs manipulated two prior auction attempts, costing the Jones Estate over $2 million in fees, to favor Plaintiffsâ interests over a fair process.
- Accuses Plaintiffs of pursuing a political agenda to destroy Jonesâ “InfoWars” brand and silence his free speech, labeling their actions as “lawfare.”
- Notes the Trusteeâs failure to act on an $8 million cash offer from FUAC, LLC, and his alignment with Plaintiffsâ opposition to a fair auction.

Requesting the court replace the current trustee and launch a new auction, the filing states, “There Is a Simple Solution: Replace the Trustee and Conduct an auction: … The simple solution is to appoint a replacement Trustee who will obey the Court and conduct an auction.”

The documents also note the law firm “Paul Weiss,” which has been working “pro bono” to represent the plaintiffs, is the same firm directing lawfare against President Trump.
The law firm’s work with the plaintiffs “violates their settlement with President Trump regarding non-political pro bono work,” according to Jones’ lawyers.
In its agreement with the Trump administration, “Paul Weiss” committed to a âpolicy of political neutralityâ in its pro-bono work.
